The expanded demo includes checkpoints, another full level, more trap variety, and character creation. The Steam listing describes two full levels plus a short transition level.

What the full game is expected to add

The full Steam page mentions several biomes, collectible hats, Steam Achievements, Steam Cloud, and the possibility of finding an axe. Those are planned full-game features, not a promise that every item is available in every current browser build.
